Doublesided Material
Cinema Doublesided material is fully supported - Select Front and Back side in Material.
When you turned on Subsurface Scattering feature in Features and tune Subsurface on each material, you can achieve very nice Translucency effect.
You have tu turned on As Translucence on the material.
