Please the first try this simple steps: http://goo.gl/forms/a6BOh5kCfB

Be sure that you use the latest graphics card drivers before you post your problem.
Please follow these steps for submitting your problems to FurryBall forum - it will help faster solve your problem.
1) Send your System Info - Cinema 4D version, FurryBall version, graphics cards, CPU, RAM etc.
2) Send whole log from Cinema4D console (under main menu Script->Console...)

Hey everyone. I am brand new to the concpet of GPU rendering, and using anything but the physical renderer in c4d. I have many many questions. This product and brand lacks serious technical help. There is no support number and no one to talk to. there are no tutorials, what is keeping me from purchasing one of the other 4 GPU render engines? What does this one have that the others dont? So say i buy this render engine, i have it all loaded up, what next? there are 100's of options, none of which are explained in the slightest. heres a list of my questions:

1. I open c4d, i load a piece that is ready to render, i open the furryball live window, it starts to render, and even fisnishes, yet it looks NOTHING like what it looks like after a physical render. do i just play with the settings until i get somthing i like? That could take literally hours of playing around. how can i learn more about this render engine? no tutorials anywhere!

2- i am willing to pay a private tutor.... maybe 8 dollars an hour? is there anyone here willing to chat on the phone or facetime and help me figure this out?

3. when i switch settings while the furry ball live render window is open, my c4d crashes immediately. i am unable to tweak things and have it keep rendering. i have to cntrl alt delete and shut c4d down.

4. please please, any help whatsoever would be really nice and like i said, im willing to pay for a private tutor, someone who actually knows the ins and outs of this render engine.

Thanks for your time everyone!

Hi,

just deeply look into our web and many of your question you will find here:
There are tutorials: http://furryball.aaa-studio.eu/support/tutorials.html
(most of them is Maya, but there is one very basic for Cinema, but the philosophy and setting are the same as Maya..)
Here is also help:
http://aaa-studio.cz/furryballRThelp/

GPU number is unlimited per computer, but read deeply this, why is better use 2-3 maximally:
http://furryball.aaa-studio.eu/aboutFur ... marks.html

About your crashing and errors - did you follow this steps written on the top of the forum the first?
