At first.
Thanks to all your team to work on FurryBall.
And a Happy New Year!

It would be fine to see the analogue "Scetch and Toon" (Cinema4D) in the new versions FurryBall.

Yeah, Maya have Toon Outline and maya vector render, but uncomfortable to work with them.

Yes, but I mean, to realize the outlines in the render settings. Like maya vector.

And may be add start/end and offset outline for animation?

Outlines are supported just on Toon shader.
What do you mean offset? You mean outline not just at the end of the object, but little bit out of object? This is not possible, sorry.
