How to submit your problem
Be sure that you use the latest graphics card drivers before you post your problem.
Be sure that all benchmarks proceeded without errors.
Please follow these steps for submitting your problems to FurryBall forum - it will help faster solve your problem.
1) Send System Info from Error Reporting from FurryBall standalone application (under menu Help->Error reporting)
2) If benchmark failed, send your Log from FurryBall standalone application (under menu Help->Logs)
3) Describe deeply your problem. If your FurryBall STOPPED rendering, describe what was changed in your computer (new hardware, new software installation)
4) You can also send simple example (picture or scene)
Also be sure that you readed FAQ

I wonder, is there anything I can do to help my Viewport previews better represent my FB textures.

See attached.

I hoping there's a way to set Furry Ball materials' default colors when in other previews. Just enough so that car paint isn't always Red, etc.

;-) Sorry, you have to ask Autodesk, if they will support FurryBall material in their Viewport...
But, BTW why you need this, if FurryBall is much faster and better for preview this? Easy model as you have, has to be rendered in FurryBall viewport in realtime.

Great question.

I don't always load FB to work. If I'm animating, I load one family of plugins, if rendering and texturing and modeling another set that includes FB. Not to worry, I can bear the red preview.

And when you turn off textures in Viewport 2.0? All stays gray I believe.
