Hi there, I've setup displacement maps before but not in furryball so bear with me. I think I just need to know how to get the negative values in the map to displace correctly. Not sure how to do that other than tweak the color gain but as you can see only half of the values appear to be displacing the mesh, like a "water-level" issue. Attached is my displacement map. It's an 16-bit tiff from zbrush. I get very similar results from a 32 bit rgb exr file so I'm thinking it's a furryball settings problem and not an image format issue?

thanks for report it, we found bug and we fixed it, please download new version, see
However try to use OpenEXR file format, FurryBall loads TIFF format only as 8bit texture.
Best Regards!
